We ship using Australia Post. Orders within Australia can take an estimated 2 - 7 days from dispatch.
Express shipping will have additional charges attached. Please be advised express postage does not give your order priority all orders will be processed in chronological order but will reach their destination faster
Refunds
Preorders are non refundable as they are ordered in from overseas.

Insurance
All freight companies used by Craft2u are general carriers and therefore do not cover damage or loss of goods in transit. Craft2u offers a simple insurance option.

Craft2u provided excellent fast shipping and the yarn was packed in a vacuum sealed bag. The yarn was soft and had clear stitches and my customers were satisfied with the quality. However, the pink yarn (shade cotton candy) looked noticeably less fluffy and more rugged, which was disappointing as it also showed in my stitches. I didn’t have this problem with any of the other yarns I ordered. Parfait chunky also sheds a lot and is almost impossible to make a magic ring with since it snaps quite easily. Aside from this, parfait chunky is great for plushies and I would buy again. 👍

Great yarn and fast service
This is the best regular price for Premiere Parfait Chunky that I can find in Australia. The service is friendly and the shipping is fast! I bought 11 balls and they arrived very securely packaged. I wish I had bought more because this yarn has great colours but they sell out fairly quickly (I'm talking to you Ballet Pink!). I wish this store was closer to me so I could see all the yarns in person. Planning a little getaway to Narooma so I can squish yarn to my hearts content! I will be ordering more as soon as I use up some of my last order.

Soft touch
I find that this yarn is one of my favourites due to the softness and ease of use. I make amigurumi and this is perfect for them. I would definitely recommend this product andwill be purchasing more. 😊
